We check every item before we sent them out, once you receive the item, please open it and check it, if there is a problem with your item,
please contact me straight away, in this case i can still claim from the post office. do not wait for too long to tell me the problem.
In all cases we will require the customer to provide photo's / images of the faulty item, along with the proof of purchase for that item,
please forward the photos to our email. After confirmed the faulty, we will make a best solution for you.
Along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
